Here’s a little tidbit about me that many people don’t know: I collect gemstones. My collection started when I was a kid with a few of those gemstone collection kits that came with a small sample of each stone. Over the years, I’ve added a few more here and there, all the while learning what I could about each stone and it’s properties.
Gemstones are a bit like essential oils in that they each have their own unique properties that add value and benefits to our lives. They have drastically increased in popularity in the last several years, and for good reason, so many of us have a few around the house. I love essential oils as a part of my day. A little bit of lavender seems to do wonders for my frazzled mom nerves. But I’m not always home and as someone with sensitive skin (and with two kids with super sensitive skin), I’m always a little wary to use lotions and oils directly on my skin. Now I can enjoy the benefits of essential oils anywhere I go!
For my bracelet, I chose the Peach Moonstone option, which is even prettier in person. Moonstone is one of my favorite stones. It’s a stone that helps you to achieve calm and peace and, being associated with the mood, gets you in tune with your inner goddess. The beads are a lovely soft, peachy pink, which just radiates “girl power!” After a particularly rough parenting week, I needed all the positive, calm, helpful mom vibes I could get.
The shipping was lightening fast and the bracelet was packaged in the cutest little bag. The quality of the beads is outstanding as well as the bracelet itself. It was reasonably priced and absolutely worth every penny.
